1. Grant of Rights: The Photographer hereby grants to LUSTRA the non-exclusive, worldwide rights to use the submitted photography (described below) in LUSTRA exhibitions, as well as for publication on LUSTRA's social media platforms and on the social media platforms of exhibition venues globally.

2. Credit/Acknowledgment: LUSTRA agrees to provide clear and conspicuous credit to the Photographer as the creator of the photography in all forms of display and publication.

3. Duration of Agreement: This agreement shall be effective from the date of signing and continue indefinitely, unless terminated by either party with a written notice of 30 days.

4. Use of Photography: The photography may be used in, but not limited to, exhibitions, promotional materials, online galleries, and social media posts. The use shall be in a manner that respects the integrity of the original work.

5. Photographer’s Representations and Warranties: The Photographer represents that they are the sole creator of the photography and hold all rights necessary to enter into this agreement.

6. Indemnification: The Photographer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LUSTRA from any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the breach of this agreement.

7. Amendment: Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
